The practice seeks solutions and timeless and rigorous proposals within a multidisciplinary and cross-cutting exercise, understanding urbanism and urban design as a "tailor-made suit" of the site and the people in a continuous counterbalancing of public and private interests.

Among the references are unique projects for new urban development models of growth based on a mix of uses, typologies and spaces in response to urban complexity, integrating pedestrian scale to the morphology of the city. We rely in sustainable development and urban design principles based on the foundations of the Eco City to encourage reuse and energy savings. Our experience includes the treatment of urban and regional parks integrating landscape and nature with new uses.

The team has experience and international orientation, having developed projects in different countries especially in Europe, America and Asia including Middle East, Morocco and Algeria. Note commissions as the Sustainable Tourism Plan for Belize or the new city of Al-Uqair in Saudi Arabia and other master plans and competitions in China, Hungary, Jordan, Morocco and Bahrain.

TOWN PLANNING  |  LAND USE PLANS
From a good position in the market we work to provide quality service to national and local governments and administrations, businesses and private companies. OM with a perspective of more than 15 years has extensive experience in the drafting of planning in all its dimensions and scales to large cities, intermediate cities or small towns, neighborhoods, city limits, centralities, etc.. This experience is essential to develop synergies in key project stages.

OM offers a comprehensive urban design and planning service and overall management of real estate assets. URBAN MANAGEMENT
From the Urban Management team we have carried out and approved various management tools, subdivision projects of different types and methods according to the ownership structure, sectors, polygons, development units, subsectors, polygon divisions, etc... In connection with the planning we have successfully managed different mechanisms of public consultation, committees and working groups, and the presentation of claims in process instruments with the subsequent search for points of agreement.

We handle the overall management of real estate assets for different clients and representing their interests ensuring mediating with public bodies, boards of owners, performing appraisals, etc... The effort lies in an efficient and realistic management, leading to imaginative and technically feasible solutions favorable to multiple side agreements with the various owners involved, the actors who decide and those responsible for the acting administration.

PUBLIC SPACE  |  URBANIZATION PROJECTS
The practice structure includes collaboration with professionals in the various tasks that make up the field of design of public space and detailed urbanization projects: architects, planners, technical architects, landscape architects, civil engineers, etc., all forming a gear that makes possible the development of all types of implementation projects for public space, supported by common external partners: civil engineers, transportation engineers, water experts, public works technician, graphic designers, etc..

Their experience in the design and on construction site execution of the solutions, gives great versatility in the valuation of options and alternatives to the proposals of the clients and, in particular in the preparation of specific documents for submission to competitions.

OM has been responsible for the design and implementation of various flagship public spaces including plazas and open spaces, parks and green areas, streets, privately owned communal areas, etc... Usually together with the external collaboration we develop the detailed urbanization projects related to the various planning tools we develop: partial plans, urban improvement plans, etc… consisting of the new development of roads and service networks for areas of growth or transformation

BUILDING  | ARCHITECTURE
Services offered include all phases of a project, from early design and feasibility studies to building design, construction management and project management.  

Among the different types of buildings, in the first place are the housing projects in all types of customers, scales and typologies. Among the most outstanding works are special interventions in old town centers, areas of new development, isolated buildings in characteristic landscapes, etc... The practice has also developed various civic buildings and community facilities such as office buildings, schools, etc., and projects of reform or rehabilitation of landmark buildings.
