· Urbanization project

Development of the green areas included within the sector. Carry out an urban and usage renovation process to allow the inclusion of the former industrial INPACSA lands to the city urban fabric. Those facilities are currently without a specific use and have been demolished.
This urban renovation initiative needs to rethink the urban model within the area considering its inclusion in the general city structure, and keeping existing buildings and uses planned for the surrounding areas.

Take care and urbanize the transfers of land as important public reserves to be used for institutional and civic uses, green areas, public spaces and roads. Concerning the road network, the project pretends to solve the continuity towards the south and close the connection of the parallel road to the canal to the east of the perimeter.  Collaboration with Invall Segre SA.
