The Project is for single family terraced houses in two levels (G+1), with 90 m² (968ft2 ) livable area and roughly 118 m² (1270ft2 ) built up area, on average, plus the parking area on the ground floor with an estimated usable surface of 25 m2 (269ft2 ).
The program on the ground floor contains: pedestrian and vehicle main access; kitchen, washing area, small bathroom and dining and living room. On the first floor four bedrooms have been included with two bathrooms, a balcony and a covered exterior terrace.

The houses are grouped in two’s, to achieve stretches with a continuous façade and roof and to handle the change in levels. From this different set back have been created to play with the position of the different volumes.
