The project and its following execution allowed the completion of the refurbishment of a housing unit in a condominium building located at 325 Mallorca street with a livable surface of 118 m² (1270ft2 ).
The building dates from 1920 and contains pavements, ceilings and woodwork elements original from the Modernist period. The refurbishment mostly keeps the old elements in good condition and slightly modifies the distribution.
