· Approval of a Modification of the general city plan
Establishing the conditions and parameters for the development of an already qualified buildable area. It hosts the main housing reserve of the municipality not only because of its size in relation to the current urban sprawl but also because it is the last sector pending for development.
The modification increases the density currently established by the General Plan for sector 5 in order to promote building typologies integrated in a more compact and coherent urban fabric, as it happens on the consolidated Eixample area, and to allow units within the range of average built square footage that offer feasible condition to grant its construction.
