· Approval of a Modification of the general city plan
The modification increases the offer of two, three and four bedroom housing units with an average built floor area of 100m 2 (1,076 ft²) , and plans for a reserve of social housing units HPP over 70 m2 (753 ft²) built up area, according to city demands. There is no additional built floor space and thus the FAR remains unchanged.
Given the Municipality need for a piece of land for the future City Hall building, the proposal defines accordingly a donation area for civic uses, included in the current polygon PP-8 i el PERI-2.
