· Approval of the Urban Renovation Plan sector UA65 (PMU)
The specific goals to be achieved by the Urban Renovation Plan based on the general planning regulations are:
· Provide a layout and qualify the site UA65 to develop residential units and other conforming uses, including the free provision of the legally binding amount of public lands.
· Allow the continuation of the Avenue Onze de Setembre from the current layout through adjacent sector UA28
· Consolidate the use transformation of the properties by Passatge Santa Anna into both green areas and space for institutional and civic uses to complement the existing sport facilities at Sant Anastasi School and improve the quality of the existing surrounding buildings to help improve the space inside the block.
· Allocate the initially planned floor space for the Passatge Santa Anna plots towards the northern site.
