The facilities of the Champion Horse Sport Equestrian Club are located within only one plot in common rural and agriculture non buildable land (zone SNU) according to the general planning.
This Especial Purpose Plan aims both at authorizing and legalizing the existing facilities oriented around a great variety of equestrian activities, outdoor and leisure education and to its extension, consisting in the addition of a new bungalow set with the same characteristics as the existing ones, as well as the construction of a new swimming pool according to the plans included on the proposed plan.
