Feasibility study to provide the city of Palma with an extensive green corridor connecting center and periphery, integrating the existing infrastructures within a sustainable growth and the urban fabric of the neighborhood and the city.
Design and usage criteria are proposed for the development of the urban park, and also urbanization proposal and estimated budget. Proposal for the rehabilitation of the old traditional construction of Son Fuster.
