Master Plan for a new development (10km²) at the north of the city of Taif. Souq Okaz is a major cornerstone on the Arab culture and specifically well known when it comes to Arabic Language Heritage.
Over the Hada Mountains above Makkah and on the eastern slopes of the Al-Sarawat mountains, lies the city of Taif, the cool and green Summer Capital located in the western part of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The road traffic network is organized around the idea of an internal circular ring with a diagonal axis that allows circulating around Souq Okaz to find the final destination.

Establishes continuity and identity through streetscape development that results in a truly pedestrian place and greater sense of a Souq Okaz district. The land use plan encourages the development of publicly accessible open spaces.
