Transformation of a consolidated urban quarter that, due to its location, traditionally had been primarily dedicated to the storage of tools and agricultural appliances, barns, small farming facilities, etc....A neighborhood currently containing several residential constructions in different conditions and from different ages.
These facts and the different levels of consolidation of the buildings have led to poor urbanization conditions and a non-updated property structure. The works of the Subdivision aim at the consideration of the necessary land ownership adjustments to regulate and make possible the correct development of the area. Since a big part of the plots have already been built or developed the owners keep the new adjusted plots in the same location proceeding with only with an economic redistribution of the new costs and the loss or gain of private area considering the existing physical constrains.
