The boundary modification of the polygons contained in the sector SUR 31 pretends the division of the current unique polygon that is planned to develop the area, in two polygons, each with an independent management strategy (polygon 1 and polygon 2).
We are not facing a case in which we are looking at independent development of each of the two areas staggered in time, but the real pretension is the needed separate management due to the previous donation of the land as required by the local municipality.
