The idea here is to keep the planned division in two independents management polygons (polygon 1 i polygon 2) but slightly modifying its size and limits. Under no circumstance the total area of the sector is being altered nor any of the planning parameters of the sector.
Similarly the new limits of the Polygon 1, according to the signed agreement will make possible to speed up and articulate the land donation in favor of the Lleida town council and the urbanization concerning the inner block area of Sant Anastasi School and the Passatge Santa Anna.
